ProductConversation-native CRM

The record fills itself while you talk

Who this person is, what you promised them, and when it comes due, all of it sitting beside the thread it came from. Your team reads the same card. So does every agent, before it says a word.

What it does

What the card holds

The person

Name, channel, how they found you, and the phone number they typed out themselves — the card is built from what happened in the conversation, not bought in from a broker.

Your own fields and tags

City, plan, stage, the date you promised to call back — you invent the field, and the whole workspace can filter by it.

Agreements and promises

A promise gets a date, an owner, and a link back to the sentence where it was made. What you agreed to in passing on a Tuesday is still on the card in October, with the owner’s name against it.

Consent

Whether this person agreed to be written to, and the day they agreed. Checked again before any campaign leaves.

Segments

Everyone who asked about the annual plan in June and then went quiet. A group is built out of the fields you invented yourself, so you can cut the list the way your business actually thinks about people. Write to what comes back, or hand it to a journey.

Notes only your side sees

Your own words about a person — how they make decisions, what not to bring up on a Friday. Notes and tags live inside your workspace, and the person on the other end is never shown them.

Evidence behind every fact

Tap a field an agent filled in and you land on the exact message it came from. One tap, and no archaeology.

How it works

How it works in practice

  1. Recognize the person

Someone writes for the first time and the card is already there, holding whatever history you’re allowed to see.

  2. Capture what was agreed

Conversation Lens marks the promise and the date as they’re spoken, and you either confirm it or correct it in a second. Nobody has to remember to write anything down afterwards, which is the step that always fails.

  3. Ask across everyone

Command Center takes the question in your own words. Who went quiet after the quote. Whose promise is due today.

  4. Drive the next step

Assign an owner, write the follow-up yourself, or hand the thread to a journey — all from the card that’s already open in front of you.

What is guaranteed

You can check where anything on the card came from

Dialog Man invents nothing about a person and pulls nothing in from the outside web. Whatever the card says, either you typed it or somebody said it in the conversation, and the proof is two taps away.

Questions

What people ask about the record

Do I have to import contacts from a spreadsheet?
No. The first message creates the card, and the rest of it fills in while you’re talking.
Can an agent change a card without me?
Only as far as you allowed. Advise and Prepare hand you the change to approve, Act may fill low-risk fields on its own, and every edit keeps the message behind it.
What happens when a person withdraws consent?
The mark comes off and campaigns stop reaching them. If they write to you themselves, answering by hand is still fine — the stop is on outbound, not on the conversation.
