Personal Data Processing Consent

Acting freely and in my own interest, I consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Darya Aleksandrovna Lazarenkova, Taxpayer Identification Number 272001241500, Primary State Registration Number 325774600348711, contact: privacy@dialogman.com (the “Operator”), in Dialog Man on the terms below.

The Russian version governs processing in Russia. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Data

Depending on the features used, this consent covers:

name, email address, phone number, and account identifiers;
authentication, session, and security data, including IP address, user agent, timestamps, and verification results;
Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp account connections and available provider identifiers;
entered or imported CRM data and contact-consent decisions;
Automation, Broadcast, and notification settings, revisions, and logs;
selected plan, period, account quantity, final amount, and currency;
the displayed offer version, recurring-consent text and date/time, IP address, user agent, session identifier, and order identifier;
invoice, payment, receipt, refund, and cancellation identifiers, states, and dates; and
non-sensitive payment-method descriptors supplied by the payment provider, such as brand and last four digits.

The Operator does not receive or store full card numbers, CVC/CVV, or other secret bank-card credentials.

2. Purposes

Data is processed to register and authenticate users; provide Service features; connect channels; perform user-configured Automations and Broadcasts; provide support; prevent abuse; form and perform agreements; issue invoices; process one-time and recurring payments; cancel subscriptions and make refunds; send receipts and notices; keep accounting and tax records; and resolve requests and disputes.

3. Processing operations

The Operator may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to authorized processors, anonymize, block, erase, and destroy data by automated and non-automated means.

4. Recipients and processors

To the extent required for a feature, data may be disclosed to:

Robokassa and participating banks for payments, recurring charges, receipts, cancellations, and refunds;
Telegram, Meta/Instagram, and configured WhatsApp providers for connection and delivery;
hosting, storage, email, monitoring, and security providers; and
public authorities and professional advisers where required by law.

Only data needed for the relevant purpose is disclosed. Full card credentials are processed by the payment provider, not Dialog Man.

5. Duration and retention

Consent operates from the date it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing based only on consent but may continue processing required to perform an agreement, comply with law, maintain accounting and tax records, protect security, or resolve disputes.

Payment, receipt, and recurring-consent evidence may be retained for up to 2,555 days unless a longer period is required by law or an active dispute. Other periods are stated in the Privacy Policy.

6. Withdrawal and data-subject rights

Consent may be withdrawn by writing from the account email to privacy@dialogman.com. The request need only identify the account email and state the withdrawal. The Operator may reasonably verify the requester’s identity before acting.

Withdrawal has no retroactive effect and does not invalidate processing completed before receipt. The data subject may request access, correction, blocking, or deletion and exercise other rights provided by law.

Consent is given by selecting a box that is not preselected, placed beside a link to this document, and then confirming the relevant action. The Operator keeps the document version, consent text, date and time, user, session, IP address, and user agent.

Personal-data consent does not replace the separate consent to automatic charges. A recurring payment requires both express actions and is governed by the Public Offer.
