Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dialog Man (the “Service”) at dialogman.org and through its official channel integrations.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, connecting a provider account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

The current Service lets eligible users:

  • connect supported Telegram Business and Instagram professional accounts;
  • read provider-native conversation timelines and send manual text replies;
  • maintain contacts, typed endpoints, consent, tags, fields and segments in CRM;
  • draft and publish deterministic Automation revisions whose executions, waits, retries, attempts and effects run through Orchestration;
  • send bounded User and System Broadcasts through supported delivery methods;
  • use subscription, capacity, referral and partner-accounting features; and
  • unlock protected content with a six-digit WhatsApp OTP that lasts 5 minutes and an exact-scope Content Access grant that lasts 15 minutes.

Feature availability depends on your plan, provider rights, active connection, verified endpoints, consent, capacity and external-provider availability. An unavailable dependency does not create a successful delivery or access grant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the higher minimum age that applies where you live. If you use Dialog Man for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You must:

  • use only provider accounts, contacts and content you are authorized to use;
  • obtain and record any consent required for messages, broadcasts and imported contact data;
  • follow provider rules and applicable anti-spam, consumer, privacy and other laws;
  • review Automation and Broadcast definitions before publishing them;
  • keep account, provider and authentication credentials secure; and
  • not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, invasive or fraudulent activity.

You remain responsible for the content and targeting of communications you send or authorize. Dialog Man does not generate personal advice, infer hidden facts about conversations, or recreate provider events it did not receive.

5. Third-party services

Telegram, Meta/Instagram, WhatsApp delivery providers, payment providers and other connected services are third parties. Their terms, limits and technical availability apply independently. We do not control their outages, policy changes, account reviews or API changes.

6. Paid features

Displayed plans, limits and capacity apply to the current subscription state. Payment is confirmed only after the configured provider reports a successful payment. Partner and manager rewards follow the eligibility, tier, time-window, refund and clawback rules shown in the product at the relevant time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, design and first-party content are owned by the operator of Dialog Man or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain your rights in content you lawfully provide.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect provider accounts at any time. You may request account or personal-data deletion through the contact in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, provider compliance, non-payment, legal requirements or a breach of these Terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date are published at this URL. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
