Personal space

The conversations you can’t afford to get wrong

There are no customer cards here and no pipeline moving anyone along. What you get is your own history, a real lock on the parts that need one, and a second reader when you want one. The last word is always yours.

What the personal space gives you

History as it happened

A message keeps its time, its edits, and the minute it was deleted. Voice notes and available attachments stay where they landed. A thread from last year still reads the way it read then.

Understanding before you answer

Conversation Lens separates what was said from what you read into it. It shows the promise that was made and marks the message where the tone turned, which is rarely the message you’d have picked.

Ask your own history

Where did she set that boundary? What did the two of you agree in March? Ask in plain words and the messages come back.

A code for sensitive content

A six-digit code arrives in WhatsApp and lives 5 minutes. The access it opens lasts 15 minutes and covers one conversation.

Your conversation, your decision

Here the assistant advises and never acts on its own

Nothing here stands in for you. You get memory, a view from outside, and a second reading whenever you want one. You decide what goes out, and you won’t find a wording pushed at you unasked. Ask for none of it and the space stays quiet.

How this looks in practice

  • Resolve a conflict

Reconstruct what happened, find the message where it turned, and answer the real problem sitting under the last one.

  • Rebuild the connection

The moments you both tried are still there, and so is the history worth protecting. Pick one careful step back toward contact.

  • Hold a boundary

Spot the pattern repeating itself and say the boundary in plain words, with the earlier times in front of you instead of somewhere in your memory.

  • Keep a promise

You said you’d do something three weeks and ten screens ago. It’s still marked on the message where you said it.

  • Keep the thread of a new connection

Who told you what, what you agreed on, and when the conversation got warmer. One thread never bleeds into another, and you stop asking again about something they already told you.

  • See what changed

Compare two versions of a message and the minute it was edited, with the history underneath left exactly as it was.

Questions

What people ask about the personal space

Can personal and work threads stay apart?
Yes. A personal archive and work conversations live in separate spaces and never show up in one list.
Does the assistant write for me here?
Only when you ask. By default it doesn’t suggest anything and doesn’t send anything, and the wording that goes out is yours.
What happens to the archive if I disconnect a channel?
Everything already collected stays available. New messages stop arriving until you connect the channel again.
