Connect the account
Two minutes inside the platform’s own settings, and then the channel shows up in your workspace.
Let the history build
From that moment the thread collects itself. Voice notes are transcribed, files stay attached, and each message keeps the channel it arrived on.
Work it with people and agents
Answer it yourself, ask an agent to prepare the reply, or let it act inside the limits you set. Team Inbox is where somebody puts their name on the conversation, so five people never answer the same person three times. The thread doesn’t change shape depending on who happens to be working it.

The message you read is the message they sent
The author, the timestamp, and the text come from the platform itself. Dialog Man doesn’t reword what somebody wrote, and it never shows you a conversation that didn’t happen.

What people ask about connecting
- Is my account safe?
- Connections run only through the platforms’ official business interfaces, so nobody asks for your password and nobody signs in as you.
- Will the person notice an agent is involved?
- The reply arrives in their ordinary chat with nothing attached to mark it. What actually goes out is your decision — an agent prepares the message and you send it, unless you gave that particular step permission to act on its own.
- Someone sends a voice note — do I have to listen to it?
- Only if you want to. It arrives as text as well, and that text is searchable along with everything else in the thread.
- How many accounts can I connect?
- As many as your plan allows, and the number is on screen before you connect anything.
- Why doesn’t WhatsApp hold customer threads?
- That line is drawn by the platform, not by us. In Dialog Man, WhatsApp carries confirmation codes and the outbound messages people agreed to receive.
- What happens if I disconnect a channel?
- New messages stop arriving and the conversations you already have stay in your workspace. Reconnect the same account later and new messages land back in the same threads.
